We are not responsible for decisions made based on our analysis or recommendations. Clients maintain full responsibility for business decisions and their implementation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to these terms or our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claims arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those specific services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
